<p>This morning I woke up as usual and got the family up and my husband off to work.  Like most of you know, breakfast is the most important meal.  When you wake up, you really want to be  eating something within 30 minutes to an hour so you can get your metabolism going. </p>
<p>This morning I decided to make the Flaxseed Pancakes from the <a href="http://www.lowgimeals.com/%20%20">Low GI Meals in Minutes Cookbook</a> .  It was a fast and a wonderful tasting recipe. </p>
<p>A lot of people think that you should only cook low glycemic, or low GI meals, if you are diabetic.  However, these are the meals EVERYONE should be eating. </p>
<p>By eating low glycemically, you are able to maintain your blood sugar levels so that you stay full longer and that you have more consistent energy. </p>
<p>Isn’t that what most of us are already looking for? </p>
<p>Food that makes us full and that gives you consistent energy so you can be more productive during the day!!! </p>
<p>You have unlocked the door to an amazing new lifestyle. </p>
<p>The reason why I am telling you this is because, not only did I LOVE the Flax seed Pancakes, they were very easy to prepare and make, my 20 month old son LOVED them too.  In fact, he had 2 pancakes for breakfast and then he wanted me to make him another one for a snack. </p>
